Community Action Partnership of Lebanon County is dedicated to ending homelessness in our community. If you are at risk of homelessness AND have NOT received rental assistance from us in the last two years, you may be eligible for $650 towards your back rent or our first month’s rent.

If you are experiencing homelessness, you must provide a “Declaration of Homelessness”. This is provided by the shelter where you are living or by going to the Fresh Start Shelter at 611 Chestnut Street.

Why you cannot pay rent is important. You must have experienced a verifiable crisis AND be able to PROVE loss of income. Call 717-273-9328 to see if your circumstances qualify.

You MUST have income in order to qualify, whether that is social security benefits or a salary, you must provide proof of sustainable income. Income from UBER, LYFT, DOORDASH, or other APP BASED PLATFORMS DO NOT QUALIFY AS VERIFIABLE INCOME. This income is not guaranteed, and therefore is not accepted.
